Teacher Bios



Rhonda Harris started taking dance lessons in 3rd grade. She studied ballet, tap and jazz at K & K dance studio in Bartlett, Tennessee.


She then took Jazz and Acro from Elizabeth Ann Garner's dance studio in Raleigh, Tennessee and was on the gymnastics team at Memphis Gymnastics, while in high school. Rhonda cheered, danced and tumbled from 5th grade through 12th grade at Bartlett High School. Her high school team was chosen as national champions her junior and senior year of high school. Rhonda was also chosen as Miss Mid-South Cheerleader her senior year in high school.

While at cheer camp her senior year, Rhonda was selected to instruct for Universal Cheerleaders Association, from Memphis, Tennessee. She was also chosen to dance for the Memphis State Pom Pon Squad. After graduating from M.S.U., Rhonda choreographed for college cheer teams at Louisiana State University, the University of South Carolina, Auburn University and North Carolina State University. It was at NC State, where Rhonda created the "Wolf Wall" pyramid. Rhonda was also the choreographer for the Memphis Showboat cheerleaders, the Dreamboats, for the United State Football League. 

In 1986, she had choreographed two national champions, NC State and Bartlett High School. In 1988, she again coached two national champions at Bartlett High School and Colonial Jr. High School. Rhonda taught dance and gymnastics at Colonial Jr. High from 1985 to 1988. In 1988, she was asked to be the Coordinator of Spirit Activities for Memphis State University. She coached their until 1992. In 1994, Rhonda was the choreographer for the Memphis Pharaohs dance team, the Nilettes, in the Arena Football League.
In the summer of 1995, Rhonda's family moved to Flagstaff, AZ. She was the dance coach for Firebirds Gymnastics for two years. In 1997, Rhonda began teaching at Arizona Dance Conservatory for Kristina Hart. Rhonda choreographed for Flagstaff Light Opera Company's production of "Fiddler on the Roof," and "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat." When Magic Curtain Productions bought the dance studio, Rhonda eventually became the dance manager. Finally in August of 2003, the Harris Family built the studios here at All That Dance. She continues teaching jazz and hip hop



Lauren Younger was born in Phoenix, Arizona. She is currently a student studying chemistry at NAU and intends on graduating in 2020. She is also currently a member of the BadJacks dance club. Lauren began dancing at the age of eight years old at her local studio, Dance Studio 111, training in all forms and styles of dance. She competed in dance competitions for three years with Dance Studio 111 attending Nuvo, Jump, NYCDA, and Showstoppers to name a few. When she was fourteen, she decided to focus solely on ballet and began training in the School of Ballet Arizona’s Pre-Professional Program in 2012. She then auditioned for and was accepted into the Joffrey Ballet School Ballet Trainee year-round program in New York City in 2015. Lauren trained with the Joffrey for a little over a year, studying not only ballet but jazz, flamenco, Russian character, Cunningham modern, and pas de deux. She is excited to pass on her extensive knowledge of ballet to young dancers. 




Victoria Grant has been dancing for fifteen years. She trained in jazz, ballet, pointe, lyrical, contemporary, modern, tumbling, and hip hop at Dance Tech Academy in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Victoria competed with Dance Tech for thirteen years, acting as the captain for the DTA Company from 2014-2016. She also taught at the studio for five years; instructing dancers in the styles she had trained in and assisting the younger competing teams. Along with this, she also apprenticed with The Dance Collaborative, a non-profit, semi-professional dance company in Idaho Falls, from 2014-2015. Victoria is currently a sophomore at NAU, majoring in Comparative Cultural Studies and minoring in Chinese. She joined the NAU Badjacks team the fall semester of her freshman year and is now one of three coaches/co-captains of the club. She is excited to teach at All That Dance and hopes to learn from her dancers as much as they learn from her.




Lora Versluis was born and raised in Vail, Arizona and is currently a Public Health major at Northern Arizona University. She started her dance career at the age of seven at Ballet Rincon Academy of Dance in Tucson, Arizona. Throughout the years Lora has primarily studied ballet but has also trained in jazz, contemporary jazz and contemporary ballet as well as tap for a short period. While she has performed in numerous ballets, her most accomplished roles include "Sugarplum Fairy" in The Nutcracker, "Evil Step-Sister" in Cinderella and "Odile" in Swan Lake. Additionally, she has had the great privilege of studying at Summer Intensives at Ballet Austin, Joffrey Ballet School, Indiana University and University of Utah. I am very excited to share the love of dance with others!




Shana Perrien was born in the state of Louisiana, but was raised in Arizona since the age of three. She graduated from Higley High School in May of 2016 with high hopes for her future. She is currently a student at Northern Arizona University where she is studying Elementary Education with a minor in Psychological Sciences. In the future, Shana hopes to carry on her love for children and her desire to help others, whilst making a difference in young lives, by continuing to teach the art of dance and working towards being an Elementary School teacher.

Always a lover of the art of dance, Shana started dancing at two years old and has never stopped. Shana danced at various studios in the valley. Her career in dance peaked where she received high quality training at Arizona Edge in Gilbert, Arizona for the past 7 years. Shana has been a competitive dancer since she was nine years old, training in styles such as, Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Musical Theater, Hip Hop, Acro, Modern, and Ballroom. Constantly wanting to expand her knowledge of dance, Shana took classes from famous choreographers and teachers at conventions and studios such as, The Pulse, Radix, Nuvo, JUMP, EDGE Performing Arts Center in LA, Hollywood Dance Centre, and much more! Through her recent high school years, Shana took part in her high school dance company where she became President. Here, she assisted classes, and choreographed numerous routines in various styles, and was awarded Top Choreographer her Senior year. Shana has taught and assisted classes all throughout her years of training at Arizona Edge, and loves nothing more than the art of dance. Having the ability to teach children and consequently, being able to learn from her students, all through the gift of dance she feels is truly a blessing. Anyone who takes her class will be able to feel and see her true love and undeniable passion for dance!




Katie Ellico was born in Manhattan, Kansas. After moving around a little bit, she finally landed in Williams, Arizona. Though there wasno dance in Williams, she cheered for the local football team from ages 9 to 15. At age 16, she started taking ballet classes right here at All That Dance. Since then, she has danced two solos for the 2015 and 2016 ballet productions, as Hippolyta in "Midsummer Night's Dream," and Wendy in "Peter Pan." Katie has also taken classes and summer intensives at Ballet Arizona and NAU's Summer Dance Academy. Since 2015, Katie has been teaching ballet and acro tricks to kids in Williams who, like herself, couldn't make it to Flagstaff for lessons. She will continue taking and teaching ballet classes at All That Dance. Katie is now NAU bound, and looking forward to studying Music and Biology.











Lauren Swanson grew up dancing in Glendale, Arizona. She started dancing with Gotta Dance Company at the age of 3 and danced competitively there for 15 years. She was captain of the national winning, Mountain Ridge Pom team. She was a part of the 2016 NAU dance team. Now she is studying elementary education at Northern Arizona University.










Dani Loera grew up in Flagstaff, Arizona. At age 14, she started taking hip hop classes at All That Dance and at age 15 started competing on the Senior Hip Hop Team. She's also been a co-captain/choreographer for the Flagstaff High School Dance Team. Currently she is taking classes at NAU for Business Management. She is extremely excited to start teaching classes at All That Dance and hopes her students have as much fun dancing as she does.








Lindsay Hoel grew up in Tucson, Arizona. She started at her studio, Kids Unlimited, at the age of 3. She took classes in tap, jazz, broadway and lyrical, in addition to performing arts classes. Lindsay has always loved teaching others and at the age of 13 taught her first class. Lindsay taught performing arts and tap classes as well as dance camps at her studio. She danced with the Dorado Dancers at Canyon del Oro High School. She choreographed different tap pieces for the showcases. After Lindsay graduated she came up to Flagstaff and is now attending NAU! She is studying Elementary and Early Childhood Education. After she graduates she plans to continue to share her love of learning with children as an Elementary School teacher.




Kali Reynolds grew up in Flagstaff, Arizona. She started dancing at All That Dance at age 9 and started dancing competitively on their Company team since she was 11. She has taken classes in ballet, pointe, jazz, lyrical, tap, and acrobatics. Currently she is a senior at Flagstaff High School. This year she will continue to be dancing on Advanced Company. She also has the opportunity to be interning for the Flagstaff High School's Athletic Trainer this year. She has had the pleasure of assisting dance classes for the past three years and is very excited to have the opportunity to teach classes of her own this year, sharing her love of dance with her students.





I’m Kaylee Scheel. I grew up in Flagstaff and started dancing at the age of 10. I danced at All That Dance for 8 years taking jazz and contemporary classes and dancing competitively on the senior hip hop team. I have attended many dance workshops like The Pulse and Monsters. I am a dance coach at Flagstaff High School and I am on the Badjacks Dance Club for NAU. I am currently taking classes at NAU for Social Work. I am excited to continue my journey at All That Dance and to share my passion of dance with my students!





Lilly Jewell was born in Portland, Oregon but has been raised in Anthem, Arizona since she was four. She currently attends Northern Arizona University studying Interior Design and a certificate in Interior Design Events. Lilly started dancing when she was four years old at Dynamic Motion Dance Academy. In her 14 years there, she was trained in ballet, pointe, jazz, modern, contemporary, lyrical, musical theater and acrobatics. For 5 years Lilly was on her the Violet Dance Company Competition team. She competed at competitions like Showstoppers, Dance Masters of America, and American Dance Awards. Lilly joined the NAU BadJacks her first semester at NAU and is now one of four coaches for the team. She believes that the best dance
instructors give a reason behind their teachings and inspire their students. She hopes that her students leave every class either have learned something new about dance or about themselves.
